Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Per.Son.Elle, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your workshop date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3–7 days before your workshop date will receive a 50% refund or a credit to rebook at a later date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your workshop date are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
No-shows on the day are non-refundable.
If Per.Son.Elle needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
