What actually happens at a perfume making workshop?

Most people arrive a little nervous — worried they won't know what they're doing or that they'll create something they don't love. Within minutes, that nervousness disappears. Our workshops are designed to be accessible, joyful and deeply personal, regardless of your experience with fragrance.

You'll begin by exploring our curated collection of over 50 premium essences from around the world. From bright citrus top notes to warm, woody base notes and everything in between — the journey of discovery is half the magic. Our expert perfumer Elle guides you through the process of understanding how scents layer and evolve, teaching you the fundamentals of the perfumery pyramid in a way that feels natural rather than technical.

The moment it all comes together

There's a moment in every workshop that Elle calls "the click" — when a guest holds their blend up, takes a breath, and their face transforms. That's the moment their fragrance becomes theirs. It's impossible to predict and impossible to replicate, because no two people ever create the same scent.

By the end of your session you'll leave with a beautiful 30ml Eau de Parfum of your own creation, plus a personalised recipe card so you can reorder your scent anytime. Your formula is stored on file forever.

The Signature Scent Workshop is our 2.5-hour classic experience — perfect for individuals, couples and small groups wanting to explore the art of perfumery at their own pace.

The Sip & Scent Workshop adds a luxurious twist — three glasses of sparkling wine paired with your perfume making journey. Ideal for hens parties, birthdays and girls' weekends in the Margaret River region.

The Private Fragrance Immersion is our most exclusive offering — a one-on-one bespoke session with Elle, accessing rare and luxury ingredients not available in our group workshops.
